By accessing or using Safarnama's website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
All bookings made through Safarnama are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm a booking.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by package, hotel, and cab booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policypage for detailed information. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-14 working days.
You are responsible for ensuring all traveller details provided are accurate. Safarnama is not liable for booking failures or denials caused by incorrect information. You must be 18 years or older to make a booking, or have parental consent.
It is your responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (ID proof, visa, permits) for your trip. Safarnama will provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry due to missing documents.
Safarnama acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, cab operators, tour guides). We are not liable for service quality issues caused directly by third-party providers, acts of God, or events beyond our control.
All content on Safarnama, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Safarnama and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
